Can I upgrade/downgrade just for myself, instead of everyone on my team?
You can have multiple workspaces within a company, but each workspace must be on the same plan.
I need to add new users - how will I be billed?
New users will be billed on a prorated basis. If you are paying monthly, you will be billed for the remaining days of the month. If you are billed annually, you will be billed for the remaining months of the year.
How can I cancel or change my subscription?
Under Admin/Billing you can cancel or change your subscription at any time.
What does the renewal process look like?
Paid subscriptions automatically renew for the same subscription period unless you change your plan before the renewal date.
