No. Everyone in the company needs to be on the same plan.

I need to add new users - how will I be billed?

New users will be billed on a prorated basis. If you are paying monthly, you will be billed for the remaining days of the month. If you are billed annually, you will be billed for the remaining months of the year.

How can I cancel or change my subscription?

You can cancel or change your subscription at any time by contacting us. If you cancel, you will be able to use the service through the end of your billing cycle (monthly or annually), and will not be charged again after that.

What does the renewal process look like?

Paid subscriptions automatically renew for the same subscription period unless you change your plan before the renewal date.
