Integrated billing & guided onboarding, speaker tracking, and meeting sharing
Here’s what we brewed in December:
- Integrated billing & guided onboarding
Coffee is now available to everyone with a free 14-day trial.
You can now upgrade/downgrade your plan, add/update credit billing information, and see previous invoices.
Our new onboarding includes a guided tour of key features to get you started quickly.
- Speaker tracking
When reviewing a meeting, you can now see speaker breakdowns and talk time per participant, making it easier to understand how well you’re listening, and jump to key moments at a glance.
- Meeting sharing
Now you can share your meeting recordings with anyone. Just click the share button on the transcript page and get a link you paste anywhere. You can even select tracking, so you’ll know when people have viewed your recording. In addition to the full audio/video recording and transcript, users will also get access to the AI-generated meeting summary and meeting notes.
We’ve also shipped…
- LinkedIn URL as key for CSV imports
You can now use LinkedIn URLs as a lookup key instead of email address for CSV imports. - Task Suggestions in Slack app
Your end-of-day personal Slack message now includes suggested action items from your meetings in addition to drafts of follow up emails. Add any to your Tasks list with a single click. - Support for personal Gmail accounts
You can now sign up even if you don’t have a work email account. - Email notifications
If you don’t have Slack connected to Coffee you can now get all the richness of your daily prep, afternoon wrap-up and weekly pipeline cleanup messages directly in your inbox. - Performance improvements
Your time matters, so we’ve made a number of page loading speed improvements throughout the product.
That’s your December wrap-up and your last productivity shot of the year ☕
