Introducing Coffee:
the AI-First CRM that works for you.

Introducing Coffee: the AI-First CRM that works for you.

Today we’re introducing three revolutionary products.

The first is a personal productivity CRM for individuals - a much better solution than the note taker+call recorder+spreadsheet “shadow CRM” you’ve been using to privately track your pipeline and activities.

The second is a standalone SMB CRM for companies graduating from spreadsheets, who want a revolutionary AI-first CRM that can keep growing with them.

And the third is a CRM companion for companies that are already down the road with Salesforce or Hubspot and want to consolidate their stack and save money, while keeping their existing System of Record.

So, three products: a personal productivity CRM, a CRM for small businesses and a CRM companion for mid-size companies already using Salesforce or HubSpot.

A personal CRM, an SMB CRM and a CRM companion.

Do you get it?

These aren’t three separate products. They’re three different versions of Coffee. All with the same delightful user experience and scalable back-end.

Welcome to the AI-first CRM that works for you.

Let’s dig into some key features:

Automatic Contact Creation

Most CRMs are delivered empty, and kind of useless in the beginning. You have to do all the work to populate them before they start delivering any value. You need to manually enter information on each contact and company as you engage with them, which is a royal pain.

Coffee solves this by automatically creating contacts and companies from all the external folks you meet and email with, and creating the associations between them. By the time you finish onboarding onto Coffee (about 2 minutes), you’ve already got a CRM filled with relevant contacts and companies.

Now this isn’t a new idea - CRMs like Affinity, HubSpot and Attio also have some version of this built in, but when testing them, we noticed that they created a lot of unwanted contacts from receipts, newsletters and spam.

So we don’t just create contacts and companies from all your meetings and emails - we do it intelligently.   We’ve gone further and built advanced filtering and smart deduplication.

The result? Only real, valuable business relationships make it into your CRM.

Less cleanup. More clarity. Hundreds of hours saved.

Built-In Data Enrichment

You shouldn’t have to work so hard to keep your CRM up-to-date.

It’s estimated that over 1/3 of CRM data becomes obsolete annually, and over 10% of lost revenue can be attributed to bad data.

So why do most CRM vendors force you to go out and buy from an enrichment provider if you want to have any hope of keeping your CRM data clean?

It’s 2025. There are a lot of data options out there, and a lot of collective wisdom around data waterfalls.

Which is why we decided to build data enrichment into Coffee for 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲.

Work emails are automatically enriched and updated with information like Full Name, Title, Phone Number, LinkedIn profile URL, and Location.

Company URLs are enriched and updated with information like Name, Phone Number, Industry, Employee Count, LinkedIn company profile URL, Revenue, Technologies Used, Company Type and a Company Description.

All of that is awesome. But even after spending months baking off a number of vendors, and choosing multiple to put into a data waterfall, we still found data gaps and issues.

So we enlisted AI to help. We use it to clean up and shorten company descriptions, normalize industry classifiers, fill in missing titles, and much, much more.

The result? A living, breathing CRM that stays up-to-date, helps make your sales team more productive (including your leadership and RevOps), and ultimately helps you close more business.

Conversation Intelligence

Call recorders have become the norm for salespeople, and there are a lot to choose from. One review recently baked off 22 of them!

At Coffee, we think conversation data is a vital part of understanding customer relationships, so we decided to build one into all of our editions of Coffee, not just the higher tiers.

Coffee automatically records your calls, transcribes conversations, and serves up AI-powered summaries and follow-up emails, all in one seamless flow.

With Coffee, you get everything baked right in, so you never have to switch between apps or worry about CRM integration. Just focus on the conversation, and let Coffee handle the rest.

And here’s the best part: we believe in choice. Soon, we’ll integrate with the most popular call recorders as well, so you won’t need to switch if you don’t want to. Use the tool you trust, or enjoy the simplicity of Coffee’s built-in magic.

Ready to make your meetings smarter and your follow-ups effortless? Say hello to Coffee’s Conversation Intelligence—where every call ends with clarity, confidence, and a little extra time back in your day.

ChatGPT-Style Reporting

I don’t know about you, but I always find it hard to create or find the exact report I need.

In my last company, my team would spend weeks preparing a bunch of reports for a board meeting, and, without fail, someone would always ask for something we didn’t have a report for and we had to respond - “I don’t know...we’ll get back to you.”

What if, instead, you just had a ChatGPT-style interface you could ask any question about your go-to-market activities?

Coffee’s ChatGPT-style AI Search feature aims to be just that.

You can ask any question of the data in the system, whether it’s about pipeline health, customer characteristics, calls and email exchanges with prospects, or overall business metrics. Just type your question in plain English, and Coffee serves up the answers in seconds.

No more spending days or weeks building a stack of reports. Coffee’s AI-powered search helps everyone—from sales and marketing to support, product, and the C-suite—uncover trends, spot opportunities, and make smarter decisions.

Building a CRM isn't easy, and this feature has been one of our toughest challenges yet. You can’t just drop an LLM into a CRM and expect reliable results. You have to understand sales jargon, your CRM’s data structure, and the nuances of your integrated apps—in order to give accurate, actionable answers, not hallucinations.

We’ve still got a long way to go, but we’re incredibly excited about what we’ve built so far.

Pipeline Intelligence

You’d think it would be easy to answer a simple question like “how does this week’s pipeline compare to last week’s?” in your CRM. But it’s not.

Most CRMs are built on a FOD (Form over Database) architecture, and they overwrite field values when new data gets written, without preserving historical snapshots. Even the CRMs that allow for some snapshots don’t do that for every field, without limitation. So if you move a deal from “Proposal” to “Closed Won,” the CRM discards the original “Proposal” state and timestamp, making historical pipeline analyses impossible. I’ve seen CROs export a CSV of the pipeline every weekend and then do comparisons manually before their weekly review.

Many companies end up bolting on a data warehouse, like Snowflake, just to be able to store historical data, reconstruct past pipeline states, and perform basic trend analysis.

That just seemed crazy to us.

So we built a data warehouse into Coffee from the beginning.

We automatically track version history and source for every field in the system, which means we have a continuous learning infrastructure that gets smarter about your team and processes over time as data accumulates.

In Coffee, if you want to answer the question “how is this week’s pipeline compared to last week’s?,” you just click the Compare button on the Deals page, pick the date you want to compare to, and we’ll not only show you how your overall pipeline stats have changed, but highlight every field change and let you mouse over each one to see what they were before.

Simple.

AI-Generated Workflow

The most challenging part of sales for me is keeping track of all the follow-up activities, and making sure things don’t fall through the cracks.

That’s why Coffee was designed to take care of the busywork so you can focus on what matters: building relationships and closing deals.

Here’s how Coffee transforms your daily sales routine:

  • Automated Meeting Briefings: Before every meeting, Coffee instantly creates a tailored briefing, pulling in key attendee and company details, recent interactions, and relevant context—so you’re always prepared and never scrambling to do research.
  • AI-Powered Summaries & Follow-Ups: After each meeting, Coffee writes a concise summary and drafts personalized follow-up emails, saving you hours of manual work and ensuring every client touchpoint is covered. Our default summary works for any type of meeting, but you can also apply sales methodology templates, like BANT, MEDDIC, MEDDPIC or SPICED.
  • Action Item Suggestions: Coffee reviews your call transcripts and emails, then proactively suggests next steps and action items—helping you stay organized.

No more digging through email threads, piecing together meeting notes, or worrying about forgotten follow-ups. With Coffee, AI becomes your silent assistant—working behind the scenes to keep your pipeline moving and your relationships strong.
